Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At SnowSin, we take your privacy and digital security as seriously as our platform infrastructure. We believe in transparency and autonomy regarding how your data is handled. This Privacy Policy details everything you need to know about what we collect, why we need it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

To operate our Platform globally and seamlessly, we collect minimal but essential information:

  • Account Data: Username, email address, standard profile metadata, and secure authentication tokens.
  • Content Data: Media files (photos, shorts, videos), comments, and direct messages you create or interact with.
  • Device & Infrastructure Data: IP addresses, device signatures, operating system details, and telemetry necessary to combat DDoS attacks and ensure network stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized for operational efficiency and legal safety:

  • Delivering high-speed multimedia content globally via our multi-CDN architecture.
  • Running critical on-device and server-side safety checks (including our Quad-Model AI Engine) to identify and block prohibited content.
  • Enforcing rate limits, combating botnets, and sustaining intermediary immunity.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to non-affiliated data brokers or third parties. We only share information under the following strict conditions:

  • Legal Compliance: If mandated by a valid subpoena, court order, or official directive from law enforcement agencies, we are legally required to surrender data to authorities (aligning with Section 79 of the IT Act).
  • Service Providers: We integrate heavily with trusted infrastructure partners (Cloudflare, AWS, Google AdMob, ExoClick) strictly for routing traffic, securing the edge layer, and monetizing the platform cleanly.

4. Advanced Infrastructure and Data Security

We deploy enterprise-grade zero-day architectures to protect your information:

  • Bucket Storage Isolation: Private media is mathematically isolated from public data in custom deep-encrypted storage buckets bypassing public CDNs.
  • Cryptographic Media Protection: AES-128 HLS video segment encryption tied to user session tokens. External scraping or media extraction is actively prevented.
  • Air-Gapped Access & WAF Shields: Nginx proxies, HTTP Basic Authentication, and 12-Zone Anti-DDoS rate limits terminate unauthorized traffic before it touches core systems.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated metadata at any time through the application settings.

For inquiries regarding your data, privacy, or legal actions, contact our trust and safety division.
