Welcome to SnowSin. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use SnowSin.

1. The Nature of Our Platform

SnowSin is a platform that allows users to create, share, and distribute human-created digital content. All content available on the Platform is entirely user-generated. SnowSin does not create, endorse, or manage the content uploaded by our community.

2. Intermediary Safe Harbor & Legal Liability (IT Act Sec. 79)

SnowSin operates strictly as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its allied Intermediary Guidelines).

  • No Legal Responsibility for Uploads: SnowSin is not the author, publisher, or creator of any user-submitted content. We explicitly decline all legal liability, criminal or civil, for any content hosted on this platform.
  • 100% User Liability: You, the user, retain full ownership and bear total, undiluted legal, financial, and criminal liability for every photo, short, video, comment, or message you upload to the Platform.
  • Compliance with Applicable Law: By uploading content, you guarantee it does not violate the sovereignty, integrity, or laws of India or your local jurisdiction.

3. Zero Tolerance for Illegal & Prohibited Content

Our platform policy strictly forbids the uploading, sharing, or distribution of non-consensual explicit material, illicit content, or any material depicting sexual violence or exploitation.

Due Diligence & AI Enforcement: To fulfill our due diligence obligations under the law, SnowSin employs an advanced Quad-Model AI Safety Engine that scans content in real-time. If our systems detect illicit material, the content will be blocked, and your account may be permanently suspended.

4. Content Reporting & 26 to 35-Hour Take-Down Policy

We rely on our community to maintain a safe environment. If any illegal content circumvents our AI Engine, users must utilize the in-app reporting tools instantly. Upon receiving a valid report or a legal directive from a government agency, SnowSin enforces a strict take-down policy within twenty-six to thirty-five (26-35) hours, strictly adhering to our Intermediary obligations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full copyright ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading content to SnowSin, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, distribute, run, copy, publicly display, and transcode your content to operate the Platform securely.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we ascertain that your conduct violates these Terms, poses a security threat, or involves the uploading of prohibited material.

Your use of SnowSin signifies your absolute acceptance of these terms. If you fail to adhere to them, you accept all legal ramifications personally without indemnification from SnowSin.
