User Agreement

This User Agreement sets forth the legal obligations, community guidelines, and platform interaction rules governing all registered users, content creators, and visitors on SnowSin.

1. Account Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, publish content, or access age-gated media on the Website Sideload Edition of the platform.

2. Platform Tiers & Subscription Guidelines

SnowSin provides four platform access tiers (FREE, LITE, PLUS, ORG_PLUS) and individual Creator Subscriptions:

• FREE & LITE Users: Access public content and photo/short media. Premium media previews are provided as clear video teasers or blurred photo thumbnails.
• PLUS Users: Complete platform-wide access to all FREE, LITE, and Premium 4K Photos, Shorts, and Videos.
• ORG_PLUS Users: Ultimate tier with full platform benefits, 100% SSAI Ad-Free video streaming bypass, and authorization to publish subscriber-only private content.
• Creator Subscribers: Users who subscribe to a specific creator gain access to that creator's private SUBSCRIBER_ONLY media posts.

3. Content Rights & Anti-Piracy DRM Protection

All video content on SnowSin is cryptographically transcoded using AES-128 HLS encryption tethered to active user sessions. Attempting to rip, scrape, share, or hotlink encrypted media chunks (.ts files or .m3u8 playlists) is strictly prohibited and mathematically prevented by server-side key verification.

4. Community Safety & Direct Messaging Rules

Any registered user may message other users subject to automated system rate-limiting. Attempting to bypass messaging limits, send unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in harassment will result in automated rate-limiting enforcement and potential account revocation.

5. Agreement Modifications

SnowSin reserves the right to update this User Agreement as platform features expand. Continued use of the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of revised terms.
